摘要
目的:探讨小柴胡汤对Lewis肺癌小鼠对肿瘤组织VEGF表达的影响。方法:将38只C57BL/6小鼠常规接种Lewis肺癌,5天后选取荷瘤成功的小鼠随机分为:模型组(MG),小柴胡组(BG)和参一组(SG),每组10只。每天分别予生理盐水、小柴胡汤和参一胶囊溶液各0.4ml灌胃12d。观察其肿瘤生长情况,用Western Blot法检测VEGF的表达。结果:(1)小柴胡组和参一组瘤重均明显低于模型组,差异显著(P<0.01);抑瘤率分别为26.98%,30.93%。(2)小柴胡汤和参一胶囊均可降低肿瘤组织VEGF的表达,各组灰度值,小柴胡组(7.37±0.26)与模型组(7.68±0.27)相比,有明显差异(P<0.05);参一组(7.14±0.20)与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:小柴胡汤对Lewis肺癌生长的抑制作用,与下调肿瘤组织VEGF的表达有关。
Objective:To approach the therapeutic effect of Minor Bupleuri Decoction in the expression of VEGF of mice bearing Lewis lung cancer cells.Methods:Inoculated the thirty-eight C57BL/6 mice with Lewis lung cancer cells,after five days choosing successful tumor-bearing mice,then randomly divided into three groups:Model group(MG),Minor Bupleuri Decoction group(BG)and Shenyi Capsule group(SG).Different drug were given to three groups:Normal sodium、Minor Bupleuri Decoction and Shenyi Capsule liquid at 0.4ml once a day by gastrogavage.To observe the tumor growing status,and to detect the expression of VEGF by Western Blot method.Results:(1)The BG & SG could inhibit the growth of tumor,the weight of tumor were much lower than the MG,and there were significant difference compared with the MG(P<0.01);The inhibition ratio were 26.98%,30.93%.(2)The BG & SG could reduce the expression of VEGF of tumor tissue;Compared with the MG(7.68±0.27),the grey levels of the BG(7.37±0.26)were different(P<0.05),and there were significant difference between the SG(7.14±0.20)and the MG(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Minor Bupleuri Decoction inhibits the tumor growth of the Lewis lung cancer mice may be relative to reducing the expression of VEGF of tumor tissue.
