摘要
本文阐述了先进制造系统潜在柔性和可实现柔性之间的异同，并将可实现的柔性分为九个可量化的项目。在此基础上，进一步提出了柔性价值的货币化和经济评价模型，从而在评价模型中充分融入了先进制造系统的战略性利益等正面特征。
This paper discribes the discrepancy between the potential and realizable flex-ibility of advanced manufacturing systems, and classifies the realizable flexibility into nine elements that can be quantified. Further more, an economic evaluating model and the monetary terms of flexibility value are given. So, the model includes the positive character of advanced manufacturing systems such as strategic benefits.
