摘要
用Hayman和莫惠栋法对小麦完全双列杂交试验资料进行了统计分析。结果表明,小麦抗旱性的基因作用方式属于加性—显性模型,其显性是部分显性—完全显性遗传,显性基因为减效基因。该群体抗旱性的最大潜力值为1.995,其后代出现大于F1最高值的概率为6.81%。首次提出了小麦抗旱性的适宜选择世代。
statistic analysis of the data of a diallel across for wheat was made by the methods of Hayman and Mo Hundong in this paper.The results showed that the form of genic action for drought resistance conformed to the model of additivedominance.It was also discussed about the distribution of diminant and recessive genes,which indicated that dominant gene was lealy gene.As to the population,the maximum potentiality of drought resistance was 1.995.The greater probability than F.maximum among progeny was 6.81%.Selecting suitable generation of drought resistance on wheat was firstly suggested in this study.
