降压治疗与脑卒中二级预防 被引量：3

摘要 目前国内外关于高血压与脑卒中发病的关系、控制过高的血压水平在预防首发脑卒中的意义等方面已经有了大量研究，而高血压与脑卒中复发的研究、各种降压药物在脑卒中二级预防中作用的研究远不及一级预防研究充分。随着脑卒中存活者的增多，脑卒中复发患者增加，上述主题越来越为人们所关注，本文就上述问题的国内外研究现况做一综述。
