贫铀长期摄入对大鼠某些性激素水平和睾丸的影响

摘要 目的研究贫铀低剂量长期摄人后对大鼠某些性激素含量及睾丸超微结构的改变。方法摄人组为初断乳35~55g大鼠,以含有50μg/L和70μg/kg的贫铀饮水及饲料喂食大鼠。采用放射免疫分析法检测贫铀摄人后3个月大鼠体内卵泡刺激素、间质细胞刺激素和睾酮水平,并分别在摄人贫铀后3、6、12和18个月进行大鼠睾丸的病理组织学及超微结构观察。结果性激素水平测定发现睾酮、间质细胞刺激素、卵泡刺激素含量在贫铀接触后有不同程度的改变。分别为(2.92±1.03)nmol/l,(0.865±0.18)mlU/ml和(0.243±0.079)mlU/ml。睾丸病理组织学检查发现间质细胞增生,后期出现曲细精管的萎缩。结论长期贫铀摄人可引起大鼠睾丸某些性激素水平变化和致睾丸损伤。 Objective To study the effects of certain sex hormone level and testis on long term depleted uranium (DU) exposure. Methods Twenty Wistar male rats were feed by ingestion at the dose of 50μg/L water and 70μg/kg. depleted uranium the morphology changes of testes were observed by electronmicroscopy and microscopy after 3, 6, 12,18 months exposure. The blood serum levels of testosterone, interstitial cell-stimulating hormone (ICSH) and lollicle stimulating hormone(FSH) were-tested by radioimmunity. Results The blood serum levels of testosterone, ICSH and FSH were changed after 3 months DU exposure, 2.92 ± 1.03 nmol/1.0. 865 ± 0.18 mlU/ml and 0.243 ± 0.079 mlU/ml respectively. The testis of DU exposure rats were found the hyperplasia of interstitial cells and the seminiferous tubules atrophy. Conclusion long term depleted uranium exposure could cause the change of certain sex hormone levels and testis damage.
