摘要
用质量分数为10%的六甲基磷酰三胺溶液(80℃)处理杉木15min,TG-DTG研究表明,样品的热解峰温由410℃降到290℃,残余炭量由17.2%增加到48.2%.垂直以燃烧试验表明,处理后的杉木试样,火焰延续时间不超过20S.将试样用蒸馏水浸泡2d后,其阻燃效果无显著损失.
The effects of the flame-retardant, hexamethyl phosphoramide,on Cunninghamia lanceolata were studied by the TG-DTG method. The results that the peak temperature of the wood phyrolysis may be lowered from 410℃ to 290℃ and the residual char may be increased from 17. 2% to 48. 2%. by treating the wood in solution of 10% hexamethyl phosphoramide for 15 min. The flame retardant efficiency is not obviously reduced even after the wood is immersed in distilled water for 2 days.
