摘要
汇集相当数量的汽车变速器故障诊断专家知识和经验,采用YHHPROLOG语言编写汽车故障微机诊断程序,建立了一套汽车不解体微机诊断系统.系统采用较成熟的知识表达方式──“产生式规则”来组织和描述故障知识,引进了“故障程序”和“希望因子”用以表征某故障的严重程序和某故障原因对这一故障出现与否的影响程度.从而使诊断过程更为便捷有效.该系统的根据用户提供的信息和事实,以人—机对话方式,运用系统存储的专家知识和经验,进行推理判断,快速准确地诊断出故障,并提供维修指南.该系统可减少汽车平均修复时间.
Based on fault diagnosis knowledge for automobile transmission, a microcomputer-aided fault diagnosis consultation system has been established. The system is a program that makes use of knowledge from authoritative experts and corrects automobile trasmission fault according to facts and information which were inputted into the computer before. In a man-machine-dialogue way,inference judgement and high-speed and exact diagnosis and test can be offered. Timely the fault can be found, maintenance and repair service given,and mean time to repair reduced.
