摘要
川西北气矿甲醇厂采用UASB及生物接触氧化工艺处理生产中所产生的含甲醇废水。介绍了该工艺处理系统调试所涉及的接种、启动、驯化以及污水处理装置的运行、维护,包括流程选择、配水、微生物的维护和保养、氨液处理和厌氧单元对设备的腐蚀等情况,认为应用UASB及生物接触氧化工艺来处理天然气制甲醇工厂产生的含甲醇废水是完全可行的。
Methanol wastewater produced from the methanol plant of Northwestern Sichuan Gas District is processed using UASB and biological contact oxidation.The paper introduces the inoculation,start-up,domestication during system debugging and the operation and maintenance of wastewater disposal installation,including flow choice,water distribution,microorganism maintenance,ammonia liquid treatment and corrosion of anaerobic unit on the installation.Ultimately,the paper deems it is entirely feasible to use UASB and biological contact oxidation to dispose methanol wastewater.
