摘要
受美国经济衰退和金融市场动荡、国际商品市场价格持续高涨等因素影响,今年世界经济增长明显放缓,不确定因素增加,通胀压力较大。严峻的国际经济环境对我国经济保持平稳较快增长、防止通胀明显上升形成较大的外部冲击,美联储大幅减息、美元持续贬值也使得我国宏观经济调控变得更加复杂,难度更大。应密切关注世界经济动向,针对暴露出的矛盾和问题,采取应对措施,不断推动国内经济改革、结构调整和制度完善,加快经济发展方式的转变,扩大内需,保持经济平稳较快增长。
Affected by US economic recession,price surging of commodities in international market and other related factors,world economy growth has been obviously slowed down with increase of uncertain factors and high stress of inflation.The se-vere international situations bring significant external shocks forbalanced and rapid growth in China’s economy and anti-infla-tion-surging.Furthermore,with US Federal Reserve heavily in-terest rate cut and continuous devaluations of US dollar,China’smacro adjustment and control on economy becomes more com-plicated and difficult.Aiming at conflicts and problems,we should take measurements to prompt domestic economic reform,structural adjustment and system improvement,speed up transfer of economic development means,expanding internal demand and keep economic balanced and rapid growth.
