摘要
在着重介绍研制“非称量测渗仪”目的意义、国内外研究现状、研制发展过程的同时，简要地介绍了利用“非称量测渗仪”进行研究的内容、方法和所取得的主要成果。
In this report, the aim and significance of developing Non-weighting Lysimeter, its developing process and present research situation are maily introduced. In additoin, the content, method and primary results by using Non-weighting Lysimeter are briefly presented as well.
