摘要
活性染料的拼色染色以其可靠的染色结果得到广泛应用。本文首先通过滤纸渗圈实验得到雅格素黄BF-RR染料的扩散性能最好,再通过测定各只活性染料的特征值S、E、F、R来评价活性染料的配伍性,根据S、E、F、R的测试结果得出科华红3BSN、科华黄3RS、雅格素蓝BF-BRN三种染料的配伍性最好,并用这三只染料进行拼色,染色后用电脑测配色来测试,其结果总色差(△E)、明度差(△L)、红绿差(△a)、黄蓝差(△b)分别为2.125、1.180、0.678、-1.631,并分析了各只染料配伍的特点及色光的走向。
The mixture of reactive dyes was widely used because of reliable results. At first it obtained that diffusion of Argazol BF-RR yellow dye was the best by filter paper circle infiltration experiment, the compatibility of reactive dyes was evaluated by measuring the feature value such as S, E, F, R, At last it reached that the compatibility of Colvaceton 3BSN red, Colvaceton 3RS yellow and Argazol BF-BRN blue dye was better than others. Then fabric was dyed by the mixture of Colvaceton 3 BSN red, Colvaceton 3 RS yellow and Argazol BF-BRN blue dye and tested matching property by computer. The results of total color difference （ △E ） , lightness difference （ △L） , sharply worse （△a） , moderately poor （△b） were 2. 125,1. 180,0. 678, - 1. 631 respectively. Simultaneously the compatibility characteristics of the dye and the direction of the Shade was analyzed.
