摘要
通过单因素、L9(3^3)正交试验对光合细菌富硒培养条件进行优化,试验表明光合细菌富硒的最佳培养条件是硒添加浓度100μg/mL、15%菌种接种量、培养5d.用富集硒的光合细菌制成颗粒剂饲喂鸡,鸡血液中硒含量为387.5μg/L,比对照组增加219、7%。
The optimized culture conditions of Se-enriched photosynthetic bacterium determined by single factors and L9 (33) orthogonal test. The results showed that., selenium concentrations was 100 μg/mL, inoculum amount was 15%, and culture time was 5 d. After fed chicken with granules of Se-enriched photosynthetic bacteria, the contents of blood selenium were 387. 5 μg/L, it was 219.7% higher than control group.
