摘要
液体培养基中的鸡毒支原体收获后，重新调节其ｐＨ，使之恢复到培养前的状态，并继续培养鸡毒支原体。结果表明，这不但能提高单位培养基中的鸡毒支原体产量，而且收获的支原体还能保持较好的抗原性。
The pH of Mycoplasma gallisepticum(MG) growth medium was readjusted Back tothe original alkaline state when the pH reached 6.1,and the medium wasreincubated until the pH of the medium returned to 6.7.The result showed that MGantigen yeilds were improved and MG antigen was in good quality.
