摘要
以D,L-乳酸为原料,采用不同的催化剂,熔融缩聚制备了聚乳酸,采用旋光度法、核磁共振法、差示扫描量热法和X-射线衍射等方法研究了聚乳酸的结构与性能,探讨了催化剂对聚乳酸的立体构型的影响。D,L-乳酸分别以氯化亚锡、对甲苯磺酸和萘磺酸为催化剂或自催化聚合时均得到消旋的聚乳酸。而SnCl2/对甲苯磺酸、SnCl2/萘磺酸催化体系都具有立构选择性,可以催化D,L-乳酸的熔融缩聚,制备以L-构型为主的光学活性的聚乳酸。
Poly(lactic acid)s were prepared from L-and D, L-lactic acid respectively through melt polycondesation. Polarimetry, DSC, 1^H-and 13^C-NMR were performed to detect microstructure of poly(lactic acid) samples. Racemic PDLLA was prepared from D,L-lactic acid without additional catalyst, while PLA with low opitical purity with SnCl2, p-toluenesulfonic acid or naphthalenesulfonic acid as catalyst. Both SnCl2/p-toluenesulfonic acid system and SnCl2/naphthalenesulfonic acid system can be used as catalyst to obtain PDLLA with and higher opitical property due to excessive L-conformation units in polymer chain.
