摘要
在造纸、印刷、化工、纺织、金属板材加工等行业中 ,不少场合要求被加工对象在运行过程中保持一定张力 ,而且在起动过程中没有冲击。为此设计了一种用单片机控制磁粉离合器的激磁电流、从而实现对卷绕物进行恒张力控制的系统。文章详细介绍了该控制系统的工作原理、功能要求、软硬件设计和仿真调试 ,分析了实验结果及系统的优点。
In paper making,printing,chemical,textile and m etal plate processing industries,they require that the work has to keep certain tension while in operation under most cir- cumstances,and no shock will appear while starting.For this purpose,a single- chip micro- com puter is used to con- trol the magnet- excitation current of the m agnetic particle clutches to m ake a control system for constant tensile force winding. In this paper,the operation principle,features, hardware/software design and simulation testof the control system are described and the testresults and the benefits of the system are analysed as well.
