摘要
鄂豫皖革命根据地的粮食政策,包括粮食生产、粮食征收、粮食管理和粮食使用等几个方面,它是根据地的党和政府在长期的革命斗争实践中逐步探索出来的。粮食政策的施行以服务于根据地的反"围剿"战争为中心;充分发挥根据地广大人民群众的积极性;有效地保障了根据地党政军民的粮食供给,确保了根据地反"围剿"战争的胜利。
The grain policy in E-Yu-Wan revolutionary bases included grain production, grain collection, grain management and grain use. It came from the Party and government＇ s long-term revolutionary practice in the bases. The enforcement of the grain policy took serving the anti-besiegement war in the bases as its centre and gave full play to the initiative of the masses in the bases. It guaranteed the supply of grain for the Party, government and people in the bases and insured the victory of the anti-besiegement war of the bases.
