摘要
在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,加入过量Na-TPB与溴化丙胺太林作用生成沉淀。干过滤、用亚铊标准溶液滴定滤液中过量的TPB,由交流示波极谱图上TPB的切口消失指示滴定终点。方法简便、终点灵敏、结果准确。
Sodium tetraphenylborate (Na-TBP) is added to precipitate propantheline bromide (PB) in HAc-NaAc buffer solution. Filter off part of the mixture. The excess of TPB in the filtrate is titrated with thallous sulfate standard solution. The disappearance of the incision of TPB on dE/dt=f(E) curve is used to indicate the end point of titration. The end point of titration is sensitive. The method is simple and accurate.
