摘要
目的探讨带环受孕的多种相关因素。方法对96例带环受孕妇女进行经腹或经阴道超声检查,了解节育环在宫内的位置及节育环性质与带环受孕的关联。追踪带环受孕与安环时机和流产史的相关性。结果96例带环受孕患者中,节育环移位者为89例,占93%。曾有一次或多次流产史者为74例,占77%。环的性质全部为金属环,其中圆形75例,占78%。结论节育环移位导致避孕效果下降是宫内带环受孕的重要原因,而节育环性质、流产史、安环时机、安环时间长短等均可能成为带环受孕的影响因素。
Objective To analyze factors related to pregnant women with IUD. Methods The 96 pregnant women with IUD were examined and analyzed with sonography. Data were collected with the shortest distance from the IUD to the bottom of uterus.To record the type of IUD they had used. To collect the data about the time when they put on the IUDs and if there was abortion before this time pregnant. Results Among 96 paitients, 89 of them with the IUD. moved towards cervical, 74 of them had the history of 1 time to 5times abortion. Conclusion IUD moved towards cervical which will lead the failure of contraception is the most important factor of pregnance with IUD. Also, other elements （such as what kinds of device,the history of abortion,when did they put on the device） perhaps influence the result..
