超声诊断胆总管囊肿1例

摘要 先天性胆总管囊肿是一种少见的先天性胆道疾病,病因尚不十分清楚,一般分为四种类型。先天性胆管囊肿具有癌变的可能性,癌变率随着年龄增长而增加,被看作是癌前病变。早期诊断先天性胆管囊肿及明确有无并发症有着极为重要的临床意义,超声对诊断先天性胆管囊肿具有无创性、风险小且费用低廉等特点,能准确区别先天性胆管囊肿的位置,了解囊肿的大小及内部结构变化,为临床提供可靠的手术治疗依据,是先天性胆管囊肿的首选影像诊断方法。
