本文评述了激光诱导离子荧光光谱的实验装置和分析应用,详细讨论了激发源、原子化器、光路以及检测限和等离子体诊断等问题,并将ICP作为原子化器的激光诱导离子荧光光谱与ICP发射光谱进行了比较。展望了激光诱导离子荧光光谱分析的发展趋势。
The set-up and application of laser induced ionie fluerescence are discussed in detail dealing with the source of excitation,, atomizers, optics arrangement, especially detection limit and plasma diagnose.Under certain conditions laser induced ionic fluorescence spectroscopy in ICP is compared with that of the ICP emission The potential develepment on ionic fluorescence is also concerned.
