摘要
选择不同浓度的大豆2周苗期根系分泌物,研究其对3种主要农作物的化感作用,结果表明:提高大豆根系分泌物浓度,对小麦种子萌发有促进作用,对大豆、玉米种子的萌发有抑制作用;大豆根系分泌物随着浓度的增大显著增强小麦、玉米超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)总活性,极显著抑制大豆SOD总活性;大豆根系分泌物随着浓度的增大对3种供试作物丙二醛(MDA)含量的作用表现不同,使小麦MDA含量极显著降低,使大豆MDA含量极显著增加,对玉米MDA含量变化不大。大豆根系分泌物对供试小麦、大豆茎长及茎干重、根长及根干重表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制作用。大豆根系分泌物浓度的增大对玉米茎长及茎干重、根长及根干重化感作用增强。
The allelopathy of different concentrations of two weeks seedling root exudates of soybean to three major crops, i. e. soybean, maize and wheat was investigated. The results showed that the concentration increase of soybean root exudates promoted the germination of wheat seeds, but inhibited the germination of soybean and corn seeds, with the concentration increase of soybean root exudates, the gross activities of SOD in wheat and corn enhanced signifi- cantly, but was inhibited in soybean;however, the MDA content in wheat decreased significantly, increased significantly in soybean and changed least in maize. Low concentration of soybean root exudates could increase plant height and dry weight, radial length and root dry weight in wheat and soybean, and high concentration could decrease these traits. The concentration increase of soybean root exudates could increase these traits in maize.
