摘要
介绍一种具有SPI总线的数字温度传感器集成电路TMP122的特点和引脚功能,给出了一种具体应用实例和部分用C51编写的子程序。TMP12是TI日益壮大的温度传感器产品系列的新成员,是高精度、多功能及低功耗为一体的集成器件。由于TMP122具有可编程功能、纤小的封装以及极大的温度范围,因而可广泛应用于各种各样的应用之中,尤其适合用它组成超小型温度测量装置。
A digital temperature sensor integrated circuit TMP122 with SPI interface is introduced in this paper. Its features and the pin function are presented. One kind of concrete application example and the subroutine which compiles with C51 singlechip are given too. TMP122 is a new member of the temperature sensor series from TI, which has high accuracy, multi-factions and low power. As programmable function, tenuous packages and widely temperature range, TMP122 is ideal for expanding thermal measurement to variety applications. It is especially suit for the subminiature temperature measuring survey installment.
