营养治疗对冠心病血脂及血液流变学的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究饮食营养治疗在冠心病患者中的积极作用。方法:60例冠心病患者行3个月饮食营养治疗,观察治疗前后的体重、血脂及血液流变学的情况。结果:饮食营养治疗后冠心病患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白分别比治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容也比治疗前下降,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膳食的组成成分极大地影响着血脂水平及血液黏滞性,科学的膳食模式是降低冠心病危险性的一个重要手段。
