摘要
本文主要介绍了用数字万用表测量电容器的三种扩展应用实例。测量小容量电容器时,主要通过集成运算放大器将对电容器的测量改为对交流信号频率的测量;测量大容量电容器时,通过串联高精度小电容从而改变电容器测量的范围;进行在线测量电容时,主要通过集成运算放大器将对电容器的测量改为对电压的测量。在上述基础之上增加相应的电路,从而实现数字万用表的上述三种扩展测量功能。
This paper presents a digital multimeter measuring capacitors expansion of the three examples.
