摘要
本论文通过对磁性材料HC测量方法的研究,采用新的系统设计方案。将数据采集卡USB-6009与相关电路组合完成系统的硬件平台。在系统的实现上运用虚拟仪器、相位过零检测等技术手段。测试软件的设计上采用LabVIEW语言编程。将滤波、相位比较等需要硬件完成的功能由软件实现。提高了系统测试的精度和速度。本文主要介绍了软磁材料矫顽力HC开路自动测试系统的工作原理和组成结构。并对整个系统的软件作了论述。软件论述了个数据采集、D/A控制和相位过零检测部分的设计。
At present, the industry of soft magnetic materials is developing in quality and properties. Coercivity measurement of soft magnetic materials is the import method which ensure the quality of products. Traditional instruments are not able to meet the need of precision and measuring speed. Based on the study of coercivity measurement methods and some peripheries, the new scheme was bring up. The scheme based on air vibrancy winding measurement adopt the technology of Virtual Instrument and phase measurement. Combinate the DAQ card USB-6009 and hardware circuit to hardware platform of system. Use LabVIEW to build the application program. Use software to accomplish the digital filter and phase comparison which achieved by hardware circuit. This paper introduced the principle and component of coercivity measurement system of soft magnetic material. Hardware circuit include sensor singnal conditioning circuit, low frequency oscillation circuit, and constant current source circuit,ect. Measurement software include the design of data acquire, control of D/A and phase measurement. Finally,we illustrate the key trouble and solution in system realization progress.
