试论当前我国职业福利的社会功效及政策保障 被引量：5

摘要 职业福利是员工劳动报酬的一部分,属于社会财富的初次分配领域。历经大约200年的发展,职业福利已经成为经济社会主要的福利形式之一。当前我国职业福利的社会功效主要体现在四个方面:一是对社会保障具有补充作用,二是对就业具有刺激和引导作用,三是对劳动关系具有改善作用,四是对人力资本具有提升作用。为有效发挥职业福利的良性作用,我国应进一步出台对职业福利的规范和约束性政策,使职业福利更好地为构建和谐社会、促进社会发展服务。
