摘要
[目的]应用磁共振氢谱(1H-MRS)技术定量评价肝脂消胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的疗效。[方法]依中华医学会NAFLD诊断标准入选NAFLD患者22例进行常规体检、肝脏1H-MRS扫描和CT平扫,计算肝内脂质水平(IHCL)和CT肝/脾比值,服用肝脂消胶囊8周,检测治疗前、后血清生化指标I、HCL和CT肝/脾比值的变化。[结果]经治疗后NAFLD患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、三酰甘油和IHCL均明显下降,CT肝/脾比值明显升高(P<0.05,<0.01)。[结论]肝脏1H-MRS扫描可对肝脏内脂质水平进行准确定量,肝脂消胶囊可有效治疗NAFLD。
[Objective]To investigate the application of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy （^1 H-MRS） on the evaluation of the therapeutic effects of Ganzhixiao Capsule in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）. [Methods]Twenty two patients were selected according to the Chinese Medical Association＇s （CMA） standard of the NAFLD. Physical examination were carried out and the intrahepatic content of lipid （IHCL）was evaluated by ^1 H-MRS scan and computerized tomography（CT）. The IHCL and CT value ratio （ liver and spleen ） were measured Then patients were treated with Ganzhixiao Capsule for eight weeks. All the above parameters were tested after treatment. （P〈0. 05,〈0. 01）[Results] After eight weeks＂ treatment serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT） activity, concentration of triglyceride（TG） and IHCL all decreased significantly while CT value ratio increased significantly. [Conclusion ]The intrahepatic content of lipid can be measured precisely by ^1HMRS. NAFLD are treated effectively by Ganzhixiao Capsule.
