摘要
当今无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,都制定了一整套较为完备的利用外资的政策法规,以期达到既能积极有效地吸引外资、又防止在利用外资过程中出现损害本国经济利益和经济安全的目的。根据航空运输业的特性和国家经济政策总目标的要求,对航空运输业利用外资的限制更多更严。审批制度各国对外资进入本国,均设立审批机关,制定严格的审批制度,尤以美国的审批制度严格复杂。
Both developed countries and developing countries enact a complete set of policies and statutes to draw foreign investment, hoping to meet the goal not only actively and effectively attracting overseas finance but avoiding endangering the economy interests and economy safety of its own nations during the process. In the light of the characteristic of air transport and the general goal of nations' economy policies, the terms of limitation are getting more, and restraints are more stringent for air transport industry to use foreign investment. This paper compares the policies of various countries to draw foreign investment.
