摘要
目的:探讨黄褐斑综合治疗方法。方法:采用体针结合刺络放血、拔罐、中药面膜等方法治疗黄褐斑36例。观察治疗前后黄褐斑面积大小、色素程度等指标的变化情况。结果:临床总有效率100%,黄褐斑面积大小、色素程度均降低(P<0.01)。结论:采用体针结合放血疗法、拔罐、中药面膜治疗黄褐斑有很好的临床疗效。
Objective： The multifold treatment of Chloasma. Methods：36 diagnosed Chloasma Sufferers were treated with acupuncture, shallow puncture bloodletting, Cupping method and Chinese traditional medicine facial mask. The clinical effect is quite satisfactory concerning the Chloasma area and degree（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, Results：Clinical observation of total effective rate is 100%, Chloasma area melanin descent （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , Conclusion ： The treatment with Acupuncture, Shallow puncture bloodletting cupping method and Chinese traditional medicine facial mask is effective way to treat Chloasma.
