摘要
目的:观察针灸配合中成药治疗登革热的临床疗效。方法:将126例分为两组,观察组64例用针灸、拔罐配合板蓝根冲剂、Vc银翘片和云南白药治疗;西药组62例高热时采用物理降温,必要时使用退热药,如高热不退可短期应用肾上腺皮质激素,有出血倾向者加止血药。治疗2周后进行疗效观察。结果:白细胞、血小板恢复正常时间治疗组为(6.5±0.77)天、对照组为(7.48±0.89)天。治疗组、对照组三期持续时间分别为(2.12±1.17)天、(2.13±1.11)天、(4.12±1.18)天和(3.11±1.16)天、(3.16±1.18)天、(5.19±2.14)天。两组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针灸配合中成药治疗登革热能促进白细胞、血小板的更快恢复正常,缩短发热期、出疹期、恢复期各期持续时间,其疗效明显优于西药对症支持治疗。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect on acupuncture combined of Chinese traditional medicine on dengue fever cases. Methods ：The 126 patients with dengue fever were treated on acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine group（ treatment group n =64）, the centrol group with general of western medicine treatment（ n =62）. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture at Xiadu Dazhui （GV 14） with click pinprick and pull ont a fire bottle,ete. and treated with chinese traditional medicine. The control group with general of western medicine Treatment. Curative effect observation was made for two weeks. Results ： The white cell and blood platelets returned to normal in treatment group （6.5 ±0.77 ）d and control group（7.48 ± 0.89 ）d. The three periods keep on of the time difference in treatment group were （2.12 ± 1.17）d,（2.13 ± 1. 11）d, （4.12 ± 1.18）d and centrol group were（3.11 ± 1.16）d, （3.16 ± 1.18）d, （5.19 ± 2.14） d. The very signifycant difference in the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine can promote the recovery of dengue fever cases returning to normal much quickly than other therapy.
