摘要
目的:探讨自体带蒂肌骨瓣移植治疗股骨头缺血性坏死围术期的护理方法。方法:对18例股骨头缺血性坏死患者行带蒂肌骨瓣移植手术,并给予精心围术期护理。结果:术后随访12个月,患者髋关节疼痛消失或仅有轻微疼痛,髋关节功能明显改善。结论:做好充分术前准备,术中密切配合,术后给予密切观察生命体征及肢体活动情况,康复指导等护理干预,对股骨头缺血性坏死行带蒂肌骨瓣移植手术成功具有重要意义。
Objective： To explore perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of ischemic necrosis of femoral head by grafting with self pedicle muscle and bone flap. Methods： Grafting with pediele muscle and bone flap was applied to 18 patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head and all the patients were given careful perioperative nursing care. Results ： According to 12 - month follow - up, pain in the hip of all the patients almost disappeared or they had only slight pain and function of hip evidently improved. Conclusion： It is very important to make such nursing interventions as full preoperative preparation, close cooperation in operation and careful postoperative observation on vital signs and movement of legs of patients and instruction on rehabilitation in the treatment of ischemic necrosis of femoral head by grafting with self pedicle muscle and bone flap. The effective nursing intervention can ensure the success of the operation.
