摘要
低浓度(2mmol/L)亚硫酸处理可使麦苗的SOD活性增强,MDA积累减少,质膜透性减小.高浓度(≥20mmol/L)的亚硫酸对麦苗造成伤害,使其SOD活性下降,MDA含量及质膜透性加大.SOD活性,MDA含量、质膜透性三者具有较强的相关性.磷酸缓冲液具有诱导SOD活性,减少膜脂过氧化,稳定和保护小麦苗膜结构,减轻亚硫酸伤害的防护作用.
There are a lot of waste products (waste water and waste dregs) when starch is produced by maize processing. The waste products pollute environments seriously, particularly, the earths surface water environment. Because economically and so on, the current methods of freating disposing waste water worth no while in maize starch industry. Hence cleansing waste products from maize starch industry with microorganism is not only reducing the pollution of environment, but also can produce SCP and cellulase etc. These yield notable economical, environmental and social results. It is promising on development.
