摘要
利用痕量钯(Ⅱ)在稀硫酸介质中,对溴酸钾氧化2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)反应的催化作用,建立了测定痕量钯(Ⅱ)的新型动力学光度法。方法的检测限为7.7×10-12kgPd2+/L,测定范围为0~10ngPd2+/25mL.用于测定矿石中的痕量钯(Ⅱ)。
A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Pd(Ⅱ) has been developed,the method is based on the catalytic effect of trace Pd(Ⅱ) on oxidation of 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-dietheylaminophenoe(5-Br-PADAP)with potassium bromate in dilute sulphuric acid solution.The detection limit is 7.7×10 -12 g Pd 2+ /mL and the linear range is 0-10 ng Pd 2+ /25 mL.It has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace Pd(Ⅱ)in ores.
