摘要
利用ANSYS软件对自行研制的滩海勘探钻机的井架进行了有限元分析,得到了井架在起升和几种工作状况下各杆件的应力分布。分析了最大应力值及其所在的位置,校核了井架的可靠性,最后对井架进行了稳定性分析,求得了井架结构的失稳载荷。计算结果可以评价井架设计方案的合理性,特别是井架起升和工作状况的可靠性。
Finite element analysis of self-developed derrick for offshore prospecting drill is carried out with software ANSYS. The stress distribution of derrick in the raising mode and the working conditions is obtained, the maximum stress and its location, and confirms the reliability of the derrick are analyzed. The stability is calculated and finally buckling load of the derrick structure is got. Based on the results, the rationality of derrick structure design can be evaluated, while theoretical basis is provided for reliability design of derrick raising and the working performance.
