摘要
对不同温度下贮藏的牡丹切花内源激素水平的测定结果表明:低温(4℃)贮藏,内源乙烯和吲哚乙酸(IAA)水平显著低于室温(18℃)贮藏,细胞分裂素(CTK)水平高于室温贮藏,低温贮藏切花寿命较室温贮藏可延长10天左右。两种温度贮藏,脱落酸(ABA)水平前期波动较大,后期明显升高;细胞分裂素与脱落酸之比值变化趋势与切花衰老进程十分吻合,初步认为,细胞分裂素和脱落酸两类激素间的平衡是影响牡丹切花衰老的重要因素之一。
Changes of endogenous hormones of cut peony during the storage were studied. The results showed, that at low temperature (4℃), levels of endogenous ethylene and IAA were lower than that at room temperature (18℃), respectively the levels of CTK was higher than the one at room temperature, the vase life of cut peony flower was 10 days longer than one at room temperature. At 4℃ and 18℃, ABA fluctuated in the earlier stage and increased sharply in the later stage of the storage. The variation of the ratio of CTK/ABA tallied with the senescence process of cut peony. Therefore, it was suggested that the balance between CTK and ABA played an important role in the senescence of cut peony.
