摘要
鼎好电子商城二期工程采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,地上通过钢结构连廊与一期相连。建筑物塔楼部分平面为近似L形,结构平面不规则。另外,塔楼高位内收,引起结构竖向不规则。设计中,在结构平面、竖向的框架梁、柱以及剪力墙布置上采取措施,调整不规则的体形对结构受力的总体影响,在计算和设计构造上采取加强措施,保证建筑结构在地震力作用下具有一定的安全储备。
The second phase project of Dinghao Electronic Shopping City is a comprehensive building including commercial and official departments. The building uses reinforced concrete frame-shearwall structure. The tower＇s plane is near L shape, and has narrow width size at high altitude, which belongs to irregular shape structure. In plane and vertical structure design, arrange column beam and shearwall on the suitable site, and reduce the influence by the irregular shape. The strengthen measure in calculating and construction are adopted to ensure the building safe under the earthquake action.
