基于弹性工程磁学基本理论的索张力测试试验研究

摘要 介绍了利用弹性工程磁学进行索张力测试的基本原理,设计了基于弹性工程磁学原理测试索张力的仪器。进行了索张力测试的试验研究,并对试验结果进行了整理分析。试验结果表明,不同应力下磁导率有明显变化,说明通过测试不同拉力下的拉索材料的磁导率反应可以测量拉索所受拉力的大小。 The basic theory of the elasto-magnetic method and the corresponding principle for measurement of cable tensions are introduced. Based on this theory, measurement instruments are designed. An experimental investigation on the measurement of cable tensions is conducted. The purpose of experimental investigation is to test the applicability and effect of this kind of instrument. Through the investigation, some testing curves are gained, and the applicability and effect of this kind of instrument are proved.
