湿法烟气脱除NOx的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 干法脱硝技术如SCR法、SNCR法、活性炭吸附法和电子束照射法等分别存在着运行费用昂贵、脱硝效率低、活性炭消耗大和电力消耗多的缺点,而湿法脱硝技术却具有工艺设备简单、操作温度低、耗能少、处理费用低等优点。文中主要介绍了国内外液相湿法脱除NOx的研究现状,着重介绍了几种典型湿法NOx污染控制技术的发展,如络合吸收法、氧化吸收法、还原吸收法、杂多酸法和生物法等等,对NOx液相吸收的传质理论进行了相关分析,并指出了液相湿法脱硝存在的问题和进一步研究的方向。 Dry denitrification technology such as selective calatytic reduction, selective non calatytic reduction, activated carbon adsorption process and electron beam irradiation method, etc. have the shortcomings of expensive operation, low denitrification efficiency, more activated carbon consumption and more power consumption, respectively. But wet denitrification technology have some advantages such as simple process equipment, low operating temperature, less energy consumption, low cost, etc. This article introduces research status of removal of NOx by wet process both at home and abroad. Especially illustrated in this paper are advances in some typical wet removal of NOx emission control technologies, such as complexation absorption process, oxidation absorption process, deoxidize absorption process , heteropoly acid method and biology process, etc. Then, this article introduces mass transfer theory of the NOx liquid absorption and correlation analysis and points out existing problems and further research directions of the wet denitrification technology.
