摘要
针对喷雾冷却切削中切削区温度具有时变、非线性、存在大滞后环节的特点,采用先进控制技术中的规则自寻优作为模糊控制算法,并利用小型PLC结构紧凑、可靠性高、编程灵活的优点,设计了基于小型PLC实现的模糊温度控制器,来保证切削区温度的恒定,从而达到提高工件加工精度和表面粗糙度的目的。
As the spray cooling temperature in the cutting area has the characters of time-varying, nonlinear, the existence of the characteristics of backward areas, we use the advanced control technology in the self-optimizing the rules as fuzzy control algorithms, for the small PLC has compact structure, high reliability, the advantages of a flexible way, we designed the fuzzy temperature controller to ensure that the cutting temperature constant, thereby raising the workpiece machining accuracy and surface roughness of purpose.
