摘要
为了使数控机床加工过程安全、可靠、高效、高质量地进行,对加工设备进行状态监测就变得非常重要。本文分析了数控机床状态监测的主要内容,论述了设备状态监测系统的基本组成和状态监测系统实现的关键技术,并针对数控机床的加工过程,给出了数控机床状态监测系统的工作流程和系统实现的具体结构。
In order to make CNC machining process is safe, reliable, efficient, high-quality manner, the processing equipment condition monitoring becomes very important. In this paper, the main contents of CNC machine condition monitoring is analyzed, and the basic component of equipment condition monitoring system and the key technology of condition monitoring system are treated. At last the work processes and the specific structure of the CNC machine tools monitoring system are given.
