摘要
“整合-互动”型校企合作高职人才培养模式的运行机制包含构成要素间的内在联系和运行方式两个部分。其构成要素包括高职院校、行业企业、政府、市场四个方面，其中高职院校与行业企业是主体，政府是主导，市场是中介。这一人才培养模式的具体运行与目标达成离不开决策指挥机构的外部保障、咨询参谋机构的技术支持、具体执行机构的关键驱动和监督反馈机构的重要保证。
The operation mechanism of higher vocational talents cultivation model of 'integration-interaction' school-enterprise cooperation contain two parts: the intrinsic link among composing elements and the operation mode. The composing elements include higher vocational schools, industries and enterprises, the government and the market. The material implementation and decision-making of this talents cultivation can not be separated from the external guarantee of guidance and decision-making institutions, the technical support of advisory staff, the specific implementation of the key drivers and important guarantee of monitoring and feedback institution.
