摘要
目的评价倍频Nd∶YAG激光全视网膜光凝治疗早期糖尿病视网膜眼底病变的效果。方法对83例134只眼中度非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者以倍频Nd∶YAG(532nm)激光进行全视网膜光凝治疗,比较治疗前、治疗后视力和眼底视网膜血管的变化,采用SPSS14.0软件分析统计结果。结果66例108只眼视力提高或无变化,占80.6%;17例26只眼视力下降,占19.4%;41例67只眼视网膜微血管瘤基本消退,占50.0%;19例31只眼视网膜微血管瘤大部分消退,占23.1%;6例10只眼视网膜微血管瘤部分消退,占7.4%;17例26只眼,视网膜微血管瘤局域小部分消退,占19.4%。结论倍频Nd∶YAG激光全视网膜光凝治疗早期糖尿病视网膜眼底病变临床效果显著。
Objective To study the curative effect of panrentinal photocoagulation （PRP） with double frequency （Fd） -Nd ： YAG laser on early diabetic retinopathy（DR）. Methods The 134 eyes in 83 patients with average non-hyperplasia diabetic retinopathy before and after PRP with Fd-Nd：YAG laser were detected. The data were treated statistically with SPSS14. 0 and test Chi-square. Results The visual acuity was improved in 108 eyes in 66 patients （80. 6% ）, decreased in 26 eyes in 17 patients（ 19. 4% ）. The retinal rnicroaneurysms were improved in 67 eyes in 41 patients （50. 0% ） , significantly improved in 31 eyes in 19 patients （23. 1% ）, partial improved in 10 eyes in 6 patients （7.4%） ,and some small improved in 26 eyes in 17 patients （ 19.4% ）. Conclusions Panretinal photocoagulation with Fd-Nd ： YAG laser has notable curative effect on early DR.
