摘要
目前,在汽车变速器的开发中,有限元方法、优化设计和可靠性设计等现代设计方法逐步得到应用。本文在确定轴段特征的基础上,把轴作为变速器结构的信息载体,通过创建轴的三维几何模型实现了汽车变速器的自动设计。
At present,modern design methods such as finite element analysis,optimization design,reliability design and etc.are gradually applied in the automotive transmission developing work.This paper describes that on the basis of determining the characteristics of axle segment,taking the axle as a transmission structure information carrier,the automatic design of automotive transmission is realized by creating the axles three dimensional geometrical model.
