腐植酸对固废拆解地重金属污染土壤修复效果的研究 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]探讨腐植酸对重金属污染土壤的修复效果。[方法]在固体废弃物拆解地重金属污染土壤中加入不同用量的滩涂泥提取的腐植酸,测定土壤中水溶态和有效态重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni的含量。[结果]腐植酸能有效络合、吸附土壤中的重金属。加入腐植酸后,污染土壤中的水溶态和有效态重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni的含量均明显下降。当100 g土样中加入30 mg腐植酸时,腐植酸对污染土壤中水溶态重金属Zn、Cu、Pb、Ni的去除率分别为38.6%、50.9%、45.5%、23.9%,对有效态重金属Zn、Cu、Pb、Ni的去除率分别为28.9%、64.7%、31.0%、53.5%。[结论]腐植酸可以有效修复固体废弃物拆解地重金属污染土壤,每100 g土壤中加入30 mg腐植酸最为合适。 [ Objective] The aim was to discuss the remediation effect of humic acid on heavy metal contaminated soil. [ Method] By adding humic acid extracted from beach mud with different amount into the heavy metal contaminated soil of solid waste disassembling place, the contents of heavy metal of Cu, Zn, Pb and Ni in water soluble and available state in soil were determined. [ Result] The humic acid could complex and absorb the heavy metal in soil effectively. After adding humic acid, the contents of heavy metal of Cu, Zn, Pb and Ni in water soluble and available state in contaminated soil were decreased significantly. When 30mg of humic acid was added into 100g of soil sample, the removal rate of humic acid to the water soluble state of heavy metal of Zn, Cu, Pb, Ni in contaminated soil were 38.6% , 50.9% , 45.5% , 23.9% resp. , and the removal rate of humic acid to the available state of heavy metal of that were 28.9% , 64.7% , 31.0% , 53.5% resp. [ Conclusion] Humic acid could effectively remediate the heavy metal contaminated soil of solid waste disassembling place and per 100g of soil added 30 mg of humic acid was most appropriate.
