摘要
[目的]探究万峰湖浮游植物种群的变化,从生物学角度对万峰湖的水质现状作出评价,为探究相关治理对策奠定理论基础。[方法]通过对在万峰湖采集到的样品进行定性和定量检测,对其水质进行评价。[结果]万峰湖样品的绿藻指数值为:冬季为1.8,春季2.2。藻类综合指数值为:冬季为3.3,春季4.2。藻类多样性指数(H值)为:冬季为1.4,春季2.5。样品的均匀度指数值为:冬季为0.32,春季0.48。[结论]将春季和夏季藻类评价的分析结果进行综合对比,可初步判定万峰湖近期受到了中度污染,水质现状为中度富养型。对万峰湖浮游植物的初步调查及其评价是对万峰湖水体化学指标评价的有力补充,将为可持续开发和保护万峰湖资源提供科学依据。
[ Objective] The aim was to explore the change of phytoplankton population in Wanfeng Lake, made out the evaluation for the present water quality in Wanfeng Lake from biological angle and laid the theoretical basis for exploring related treatment countermeasures. [ Method] The water quality was evaluated through the qualitative and quantitative detection on the samples collected from Wanfeng Lake： [ Result] The index value of green algae from Wanfeng Lake samples was 1.8 in winter and 2.2 in spring. The comprehensive index value of alga was 3.3 in winter and 4.2 in spring. The diversity index was 1.4 in winter and 2.5 in spring and the evenness index of samples was 0.32 in winter and 0.48 in spring. [ Conclusion] Through the comprehensive comparison on the analysis based on the evaluation of alga in winter and in spring, the preliminary judgment result was that the Wanfeng Lake had moderate pollution recently and the water quality belonged to moderate rich-nourishing type. Preliminary investigation and evaluation of phytoplankton in Wanfeng Lake was a powerful supplement to chemi- cal index evaluation of the water in Wanfeng Lake and it also provided scientific basis for sustainable development and protection of resource in Wanfeng Lake.
