农抗链霉菌BM10菌株的初步研究

摘要 [目的]开发农用抗生素新品种。[方法]对该实验室2005年从海南霸王岭原始森林土壤中分离筛选获得的BM10生防菌株进行分类鉴定,并测定其抑菌活性。[结果]链霉菌BM10菌株的孢子丝形态、生理生化特性和细胞壁化学组分与Streptomyces albogriseus基本一致,但在菌落颜色、产黑色素和棉子糖利用等方面存在不同。BM10菌株与Streptomyces albogriseus的16SrDNA序列同源性为99.67%。[结论]初步判定BM10菌株为白浅灰链霉菌的新菌株。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to exploit new variety of agricultural antibiotics. [ Method ] The classification and identification were carried out on biological control strain Streptomyces BM10 that was isolated and screened from the virgin forest soil of Bawangling nature reserve of Hainan Province, and the antibacterial activity of Streptomyces BM 10 was detected. [ Result ] Streptomyces BM 10 strain and Strepto- myces albogriseus presented identical in indices such as morphological characteristics of sporangia, physiological and biochemical characteristics, cell wall type, but showed different in colony color, producing melanin and utilization of raffinose aspects. [ Conclusion ] The sequence homology of 16SrDNA between Streptomyces BM10 strain and Streptomyces albogriseus was 99.67%. Based on the results, Streptomyces BM10 strain was identified as a new strain of Streptomyces albogriseus.
