夹竹桃提取液对菜青虫的杀虫活性研究 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]为进一步开发研制新型高效杀虫剂提供理论依据。[方法]利用浓度95%乙醇萃取夹竹桃叶获得夹竹桃提取液,配制成640、320、160、80、40mg/L5种浓度,对2~3龄菜青虫进行室内杀虫活性研究。[结果]夹竹桃提取液对菜青虫具有一定的毒杀作用。在反应终止的96h内,40、80、160、320、640mg/L的夹竹桃提取液对菜青虫的校正死亡率分别为21.74%、30.43%、34.78%、43.48%、86.96%.呈增加趋势。菜青虫的死亡率随时间的延长而不断增加,96h后趋于稳定,这说明夹竹桃提取液发挥作用的时间为96h。夹竹桃提取液对菜青虫的LC50约为221mg/L,LC95约为3676mg/L。[结论]夹竹桃提取液具有一定的杀虫活性,可以作为植物源杀虫剂进行开发利用。 [ Objective ] The study was to provide the theoretical basis for further development and manufacturing new and high-efficlenct insecticide. [ Method] Oleander extract was obtained by using 95% alcohol to extract oleander leaves and 5 concn, of 640, 320, 160, 80, 40 mg/L were prepared to study the insecticidal activity to 2 - 3 instar Pieris rapae in lab. [ Result] The oleander extract had certain toxic action to P. rapae. Within 96 h of stoping reaction, the corrected mortality of oleander extract with 40, 80, 160, 320, 640 mg/L to P. rapae was 21.74% , 30.43% , 34.78% , 43.48% , 86.96% resp. , showing the increasing tendency. The mortality ofP. rapae increased with the prolonging time, and tended to be stable after 96 h, which indicated that oleander extract played its role in 96 h. The LC50 of oleander extract to P. rapae was 221 mg/L, and its LC95 was 3 676 mg/L. [ Conclusion] The oleander extract had certain insecticidal activity and it could be exploited and utilized as botanical insecticide.
