摘要
提出了一种理论计算与热焦距实测相结合的非稳腔设计方法,实验表明此方法可行。
Proposes a method for unstable resonator cavity parameter design and correction based on theoretical and thermal focus measurement. Method feasibility is confirmed by experimental results.
