复硝酚钾对文心兰生长发育影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究复硝酚钾对文心兰生长发育的影响。[方法]用不同浓度(10、5 mg/kg)复硝酚钾处理大田栽培文心兰幼苗及开花株,从而寻找促进文心兰生长发育最适合的浓度。[结果]结果表明,文心兰开花株新芽的数量会影响复硝酚钾的处理效果。在相同的条件下新芽数多的植株,新营养芽生长速度会相对降低。复硝酚钾对文心兰幼苗的生长有一定的正效应,但效果不明显而且出现一些抑制效应,且浓度越高,抑制效应越明显。[结论]该研究为进一步研究复硝酚钾对文心兰生长发育的影响奠定了基础。 [ Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of potassium nitrophenolate to the growth and development of Oncidium luridum. [ Method ] Different concentration potassium nitrophenolate were chose to treat the young plants and biooming plants of Oncidium luridum in the field, and seek the most proper concentration to grow and develop Oncidium luridum. [ Resuh] The results showed that the amount of new sprout of Oncidium luridum could affect the effects of potassium nitrophenolate. The grow speed of new nutrition sprout of plants with more new sprout was slower comparatively under the same conditions. Potassium nitrophenolate had some positive effect on the growth of Oncidium luridum seedling, but the effect not evidence, and had some inhibitory effect, the higher was the concentration the more evidence was the inhibitory effect. [ Conclusion] The study provided the basis for the further study on the effects of potassium nitrophenolate to the growth and development of Oncidium luridum.
