摘要
针对RAPD分析技术在小麦分子育种研究中所出现的具体问题,对其在小麦遗传变异分析、目的基因的标记与定位、外源染色体的检测、品种鉴定、遗传图谱的构建、近缘种属间的遗传关系与遗传多样性研究等方面的最新进展和应用进行了综述,为小麦分子标记辅助选择育种等相关研究提供有益的借鉴。
According to the concrete problems in the application of RAPD technique in wheat molecular breeding, the latest development and application in several aspects were reviewed, such as wheat genetic variation analysis, the marking and orientation of interest gene, detection of extrinsic chromosome, identification of breed, construction of genetic map, genetic relationship and genetic diversity of related species, which offered useful references for correlative research on wheat molecular marker assisted selection.
